Worship Team (Ages 8-18)

About Our Program

Our Worship Team program is designed for both boys and girls, focusing on energetic and age-appropriate choreography.  Our mission is to develop young leaders who engage students in high-energy worship set to inspirational music with a positive message.

 

Benefits of Our Classes:

By attending our weekly classes students will:

• Gain confidence and learn to be comfortable on stage       
• Improve rhythm and coordination
• Experience the joy of leading an audience in high energy worship songs
  Learn the value of teamwork and leadership

 

Class Structure:

Classes meet once a week on Mondays for an hour and a half. Each session includes:

• Fun, dynamic practice sessions
• Biblical discussions about worship, God, and growing in your relationship with Him.

Our program is led by inspiring and energetic leaders who motivate students each week. Upon completion, kids will the opportunity to lead worship in KidsQuest once a month on Sunday and will also have a once-a-month rehearsal on a Wednesday.

Program Details:

• Mandatory info meeting on Sunday, September 22, 2024 (see below)
• Must be turning 9 yrs. old by March 1, 2025
• Registrations open November 1, 2024
• Cost: $45 (paid upon acceptance to the class)
• Classes are Mondays and will begin January 6, 2025

2025 Schedule:

TIME: Classes meet every Monday from 6:00-7:30 pm,
WHERE:  KidsQuest Auditorium
DATES: January 6 – May 5, with the following exceptions:

• January 20 – No Class (MLK Jr. Holiday)
• February 17 – No Class (President’s Day)
• April 7 – No Class (Spring Break)

 

Information Meeting

WHEN: Sunday, September 22, 12:15 – 1:30 pm
WHERE: KidsQuest Auditorium

For those who are interested in joining the 2025 KQWT, please fill out our Interest Form below and plan to attend the mandatory Informational Meeting on September 22nd at 12:15 PM in the KidsQuest Auditorium. At least one parent must attend the information meeting along with the student. Due to limited availability, this interest form does not guarantee your child’s placement in the Worship Team program. After you submit the form and attend the info meeting, we will email you by November 1 to let you know our KQWT class decision for 2025 (acceptance or waiting list).
