Impact Guitar classes are acoustic guitar classes designed to inspire youth with purpose, direction, and education. Our goal is to have youth experience learning the guitar with a future purpose and that’s to simply enjoy playing for themselves, and/or to one day to play in a band.
Through group learning, youth will learn chords, theory, strumming, and how their art form transfers into playing with future accompaniments. Whether a beginner or intermediate the goal is for them to enjoy the guitar and to have them become passionate about learning and developing their guitar playing further.
Classes will meet weekly to practice and to go over the weeks assignments. We also expect them to practice during the week and to come prepared for each weeks class.
Group classes are a huge hit as it introduces students to piano in a fun atmosphere with peers, allowing interaction and discussions.
